Demand Planner
Clean Harbors is seeking a Demand Planner to transform sales and marketing insights into effective demand forecasts that optimize production plans, support operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction. This role is critical in connecting market demand with supply chain execution across our network.

Safety First :
Ensure Health and Safety remains the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures at all times.
Forecasting & Analysis :
Build and manage statistical forecast models using Oracle Cloud.
Partner with Sales, Product Management, and key customer contacts to refine forecasts and incorporate market intelligence.
Demand Planning Leadership :
Lead cross-functional demand planning reviews to ensure production feasibility.
Manage exceptions through proactive change management.
Performance & Data Integrity :
Track and communicate KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On Time in Full), stocking levels, and fines.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of demand planning master data in Oracle Cloud.
Customer Collaboration :
Serve as a primary contact for key customers to build collaborative forecasts.
Develop materials and lead scorecard review sessions with assigned customers.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain role
Strong background in analysis, data management, reporting, and project management
Proficiency with Oracle or similar demand planning systems as well as SQL
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
