What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report on all activities and / or incidents that may occur during the shift, documenting details as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with staff, visitors, and local authorities as needed to support security-related objectives and maintain order within the location.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set by Allied Universal and the specific government site.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
