• Position Purpose :

Join our dedicated team at Trinity Health PACE as an OT / PT Aide, where you will play a vital support role within the therapy department. Help us deliver compassionate, person-centered care to a frail and elderly population while supporting therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• What You Will Do :
• Assist participants with therapy equipment, exercises, and hydrotherapy prep / cleanup
• Maintain and organize therapy areas and equipment
• Communicate with therapists regarding participant status and needs
• Perform clerical duties, maintain inventory, and support a calm, warm environment
• Attend trainings and follow all safety and ethical standards
• Support disaster recovery plans and collaborate across departments
• Minimum Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience working with elderly / frail populations, or willingness to be trained
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and flexibility
