Maintenance Technician

'Tis the season of fresh new opportunities at Staffmark! Our partner company has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Maintenance Technician position with a leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, TN.

Pay : Depending on experience

Schedules Available : 2nd shift and 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems, including PLCs, drives, power supplies, and testing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to verify proper equipment function and identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and document findings, addressing issues promptly.
• Use diagnostic tools such as Volt-Ohm meters to test and verify electrical performance.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper lockout / tagout and machine guarding procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues.
