Facilities Maintenance Technician

Braman Miami is seeking a skilled and reliable

• Facilities Maintenance Technician
• to support the daily upkeep of our facilities across our South Florida campus. Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across multiple facilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building systems.

Complete work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and emergency repairs as assigned.

Complete drywall, stucco, flooring, framing, cabinet installation, ceiling systems, and other light construction tasks as necessary.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe working condition.

Support vendor or contractor work as needed during large-scale repairs or installations.Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications :

Hands-on experience in drywall, stucco, concrete, flooring, framing, cabinet installation, ceiling systems, and / or window / door installation.

Ability to read basic technical diagrams and follow instructions.Reliable, self-starting, and detail-oriented.Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.

Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
