Data Analyst IV

We are excited to invite a talented Data Analyst to join our team for a dynamic, temporary assignment. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to leverage data-driven insights and analytics to support critical projects and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on empowering developers within the Quest and Horizon Worlds ecosystem to optimize their game titles through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include partnering with studios to enhance understanding of player behavior, analyzing in-game data to improve retention and monetization, establishing KPIs, and championing best practices in game analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in game analytics or data science, strong analytical and statistical skills (SQL, Python / R, data visualization), experience with A / B testing, and excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable narratives.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with the standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders clearly and concisely.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred qualifications :

Familiarity with live ops economies.

Game publishing.

Experience building digital economies in high-profile gaming titles.
