Job descriptionActively engage guests to promote and sell retail merchandise Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays Accurately handle retail transactions and maintain stock levels Assist at the host stand during peak periods (managing waitlist, seating coordination) Answer guest questions about our products, brewery, and brand Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to meet sales goals through exceptional customer service Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment Team player who can support both retail and host stand operations as needed Medical / Vision / Dental insurance when working 20+ hours per week - 1.5% of gross income Vision and dental buy-up at a low cost to the employees Great employee discount on food, drinks & merchandise $4 shift meals Room for growth PTO after 1 year Great team and company culture to work with!

Are you looking for a fun and energetic work environment? Our Ka'anapali restaurant is hiring a Retail Associate to showcase and sell Maui Brewing Company merchandise. This position is primarily retail-focused but will assist at the host stand when needed.
- Job Title : Retail
- Location : Maui Brewing Co. Ka'anapali
- Wages : $15.75 / hr + commission on all retail items sold in the restaurant
Shift : Varied (includes evenings, weekends, and holidays)
