Job Overview :
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
Review, verify, and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2+ years of accounts payable and / or bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or roofing.
Familiarity with subcontractor billing and lien waiver processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems - Accumatica).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay & Benefits :
