Overview

Web & SharePoint Support Specialist role at Constellation West. On-site in Washington, DC. Requires Active Public Trust Clearance. 4 years of demonstrable experience supporting and developing SharePoint and web platforms in an enterprise environment. Availability during business hours 0700-1600 EDT (with 1 hour lunch).

Responsibilities

• On-site support for the USCG C4IT Learning & Media division and CG-DOL.
• Web / SharePoint administration and user support, including IT support for MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Troubleshooting hardware issues and providing graphics support as part of a cross-functional team.
• Work performed on-site at Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) in Washington, DC.
