About Us

At JVM Realty, we believe residents deserve safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. That's why we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property's maintenance team and keep our community running at its best.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, delegating work orders and ensuring quality standards.
  • Perform and oversee apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure safety compliance, OSHA standards, and Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred).
  • Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
  • HVAC / EPA certification strongly preferred.
