• Key Responsibilities :
• Handle
• civil litigation matters
• from case intake through trial and resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in
• hearings, depositions, and trials
• in state and federal courts.
• Maintain organized litigation files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to manage case workflow efficiently.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in
• South Carolina
• Minimum of
• 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong skills in
• legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
