Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.Collaborate with attending physicians on care planning and updates.Conduct patient assessments and implement interventions.Order entry and documentation in Cerner EMR.Interpret diagnostic tests and communicate findings.Participate in multi-disciplinary ICU rounds each shift.Perform central and arterial line insertions per credentialing requirements.
