Description :

• Work closely with sales reps, account managers, internal partners, and insurance carriers in managing our broker and client relationships.
• Gain knowledge of insurance products including but not limited to : dental, life, disability, vision, accident, critical illness and medical.
• Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners and clients.
• Manage customer service box for incoming service requests.
• Basic platform maintenance (Divisions / Contact / Salary Updates)
• Basic coding enrollments / special enrollments
• Set up scheduled reports for groups
• Send Ben Admin reports (payroll deduction / plan enrollment / plan comparison)
• Correcting plan administrator mistakes in Ben Admin platform
• Support the Renewal Specialist for reporting and system updates
• Routing Billing inquiries / information about bills to correct parties
• Billing updates / research into billing discrepancy reports
• Policy exception requests for retro premium
• Gathering information from the broker for group termination requests and submitting to carriers
• Commissions questions
• Includes attached Northeast AM role progression
