About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Video Production Specialist & Photographer to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside our senior creative team to help produce compelling visual content, from shooting photos and videos to assisting with the final editing process.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative storyteller with exceptional technical skills in both videography and photography. You are a master of post-production workflows, with high-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and a deep understanding of photo editing software like Capture One or Adobe Lightroom. If you are passionate about creating compelling visual content and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

What you will do

• Set up and operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
• Support the post-production process by organizing footage, creating rough cuts, and performing basic edits and color correction in DaVinci Resolve.
• Help prepare and edit photo galleries, including culling, basic retouching, and color adjustments using Capture One and / or Adobe Lightroom.
• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new visual content.
• Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to grow your technical and creative skills.
• Assist with the tracking and organization of production gear.
