Job descriptionOptimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost savings. Manage and update ERP system data (BOMs, routings, item master). Design and modify parts / processes using SolidWorks. Coordinate vendor contracts, quoting, and supply chain activities. Lead value stream mapping and assembly flow improvements. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process standardization. Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams. Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor. 3+ years in manufacturing / process engineering ERP experience (Syteline a plus) Strong SolidWorks skills Vendor contracts, quoting, supply chain experience Hands-on, detail-driven problem solver Lean manufacturing & value stream mapping knowledge Adaptable, collaborative, go-getter attitude Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) A supportive company culture with a focus on innovation
