Required Skills & Experience : Two (2) years of acute care RN experience.

Required Education : Nursing Diploma OR associate’s degree (ASN).

Required Certifications & Licensure : Registered Nurse, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Required : ACLS, BLS, NIH, 2 years inpatient experience, KY license
