A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Agent to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable book of business with no outbound cold calling required. Youll handle new and renewal business across homeowners, auto, flood, condo, and rental policies, with strong earning potential through performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Quote, bind, and service new and renewal personal lines policies.

Specialize in Florida carriers, with a strong emphasis on Citizens homeowners policies.

Leverage Applied EPIC and AI-driven tools to streamline client experience.

Collaborate with operations leadership and team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide tailored risk management solutions and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

2+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience at a brokerage / independent agency.

Active 2-20 General Lines Agent License required.

Hands-on experience with Citizens homeowners policies is essential.

Strong sense of urgency, eagerness to learn, and comfort with technology / AI tools.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
