Location Flexible : 795 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, 901 13th St., San Francisco, 1952 Wright Ave., Richmond and other Rubicon Landscape Group locations.

Responsibilities

• Job-site quality : Distribute work among crew members, oversee tasks, monitor work quality, and serve as the crew's liaison to management. Inherent is responsibility for the consistent delivery of on-time work product and service consistent with Rubicon Landscape and contract quality standards.
• Identify irrigation issues and make suggestions, repairs and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Schedule week's work routes / very early dawn shifts to adjust for pedestrian traffic and busy parking zones to complete scheduled work.
• Maintain flowers, shrubs, ground covers, lawns, hedges, and other plants : Plant, grade, seed and fertilize; mow, trim and weed; spray. Remove debris, water, and make irrigation adjustments.
• Vehicles and equipment : Clean and prepare vehicles for the next service day; inspect and maintain equipment (includes lubricating as needed) before use to ensure proper and safe operation; report problems to the Supervisor.
• Safety & Conduct : Model professional behavior, correct inappropriate conduct, and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Communication : Build relationships with clients and property managers; serve as the first point of contact in the field for questions and issues.
• Training : Provide training regularly on the safe use of equipment, PPE, policies, procedures, and best horticultural practices to team members including AbilityOne participants.
• Performance Support : Assist managers with crew performance evaluations.
• Other Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

STARTING PAY : $25-$27 Dependent on qualifications.
