We're Hiring : Safety Inspector Tank Construction & Manufacturing

Location : Paso Robles, CA (with 40%80% travel throughout Northern CA, WA, OR, TX, and occasionally other states)

Employment Type : Full-Time (MonThurs, 6 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.)

Salary : $75,000 $95,000 / year

Your Role : Safety Inspector

Were looking for a dedicated Safety professional to elevate and support the safety culture across our manufacturing, field construction, and tank service operations. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact while traveling to project sites across several states.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies and practices to meet company, local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct field and shop inspections regularly to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Investigate accidents and near-misses alongside the VP of Safety; support root cause analysis and prevention planning
• Prepare detailed safety reports, tracking trends, incidents, and corrective actions
• Provide training and toolbox talks on topics including fall prevention, confined space, trenching, shoring, scaffolding, and excavation
• Promote safety awareness through coaching and collaboration with team members and leadership
• Stay current with OSHA and industry best practices; complete assigned continuing education and certifications
