Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Lenexa, KS that is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect for a fully onsite, contract to hire opportunity.Summary : The Solutions Architect converts architectural strategy into durable, production-ready solutions. Working closely with the Manager of Software Architecture, this role ensures designs adhere to enterprise standards, advance platform modernization (including ERP / D365 integrations), and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Solutions Architect also drives option analysis, documentation quality, delivery alignment, and governance readiness, while contributing to innovation pilots (AI, low code, cloud) that accelerate ROI.Responsibilities : Strategy and Standards Support :

• Translate roadmap, principles, and guardrails into concrete solution designs and architectural runway for active initiatives
• Identify gaps in standards / patterns and propose pragmatic updates for review / approval via architecture governance forums

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
