Were looking for energetic, wellness-minded individuals to become Certified Stretch Practitioners. You'll receive paid training in our proprietary method and work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, feel better, and live better.

About Stretch Zone:
Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life through a proprietary, practitioner-assisted stretching method and patented stabilization system. Our goal is to help people move better, live longer, and feel amazing. Clients enjoy a welcoming studio, comfortable equipment, and certified staff who are passionate about wellness.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching to clients using our certified method
  
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and build meaningful client relationships
  
  
• Maintain client schedules and ensure sessions are on track
  
  
• When not booked with a client, proactively reach out to interested prospects via phone or text to help get them booked for their first session this is not cold calling
  
  
• Collaborate with the team to uphold a clean, professional, and positive environment
  
  
• Represent the Stretch Zone culture of wellness and client care
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Positive, energetic attitude
  
  
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or bodywork
  
  
• Willingness to learn and grow with our proven training method
  
  
• Reliability and professionalism
  
  
• Prior experience in fitness, physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or related fields is a plus but not required
  
  

Additional Info:
If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities.
This role includes paid certification and training in our proprietary method. Due to the value of the training provided, we ask for a minimum 1-year commitment.
If employment ends before the 1-year mark, training costs may be prorated and reimbursed by the employee.
