RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones
  • Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives
  • Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment
  • Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports
  • Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • TS / SCI clearance required , including additional security screenings
  • Full Performance : High school diploma / GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Senior Level : High school diploma / GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
  • Expert / Master Level : High school diploma / GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years
  • Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies
  • Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects
  • Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM)
  • Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning
