We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Associate - MST in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. As a part of our team, you will be tasked with handling low-volume data entries, including sales order entries and the basic management of electronic files. Your role will be critical to maintaining our database and ensuring compliance of data field accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise customer credit records
- Manage electronic files efficiently
- Handle data entry tasks such as form letters, labels, and correspondence
- Assist in maintaining data field accuracy compliance
- Access information from computers and maintain our database
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Oversee materials handling and review for discrepancies
- Handle pricing, shipping functions, and purchase requisitions efficiently
- Ensure accurate order entry and labeling.
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in data entry and related tasks
- Familiarity with typical office functions and operations
- Understanding of compliance regulations and standards
- Experience in materials handling and management
- Ability to review and analyze data effectively
- Proficient in using database management systems
- Knowledge in pricing strategies and negotiations
- Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics
- Effective written correspondence skills
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Understanding of product specifications and standards
- Experience in order entry systems and processes
- Knowledge in labeling and packaging procedures
- Availability to work onsite when required
- Experience in managing and organizing electronic files
- Familiarity with ST Microcontroller operations
- Ability to provide clear and concise explanations
- Experience in handling purchase requisitions
- Knowledge in managing consignments and shipments
- Ability to identify invalid data and correct errors
- Experience in contract manufacturing operations
- Ability to draft and manage form letters
- Familiarity with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) procedures
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management.
