Location : Enfield, NH

\n Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite | 35 Hours / Week

\n Pay Rate : $65 / hour

Connected Health Care, a leading provider of school-based staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Enfield, New Hampshire for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, fully onsite position providing direct therapy and support services to students.

Position Details : \n\n \n\t

Full-time, 35 hours per week

\n\t\n\t

Elementary school setting

\n\t\n\t

Caseload expected to be approximately 40–50 students (final details pending)

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers

\n\t\n\t

Onsite services only

\n\t\n

\n\n

Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

\n\t\n\t

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

\n\t\n\t

Participate in IEP meetings and documentation

\n\t\n\t

Provide both individual and group therapy sessions

\n\t\n

\n\n

Requirements : \n\n \n\t

Valid New Hampshire SLP License

\n\t\n\t

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY considered with strong supervision

\n\t\n\t

Prior school-based experience preferred

\n\t\n\t

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

\n\t\n
