The Director Of Clinical Technology Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization's Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program and services. Located in a major acute care and teaching hospital, this role is critical in ensuring that all healthcare technology meets regulatory requirements, enhances patient safety, and aligns with the corporate vision of exemplary patient care.

Responsibilities

I. Strategic Direction And Planning

• Define the strategic direction of the HTM program through the setting of short and long-term goals.
• Lead technology assessment and planning initiatives, and oversee medical device integration projects.
• Drive compliance with UHS Corporate HTM goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure program effectiveness and operational success.
