At KCI, we entrust our Retail Associate Managers with assisting our Retail Store Managers in exemplifying and guiding their teams on how to deliver the superior T-Mobile brand customer experience.
Our Retail Associate Managers are empowered to embody our company culture and own the below responsibilities :
- Lead by example on how to enthusiastically and passionately navigate customer interactions while elevating the customer experience
- Analyze business results and strategize how to drive improvements while maintaining current successes
- Train, coach, mentor, and motivate your talent to excel in all aspects of the business including customer experience, consistent sales success, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Engage with store team members to uncover any blockages to their success and identify how to mitigate
- Manage daily store opening, closing, and operating duties
- Creatively drive store exposure through community engagement, marketing endeavors, and networking efforts
- Maintain strong knowledge of latest and greatest products and services
Requirements
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1 year of retail customer service / sales experience; management experience preferred
- High school diploma / GED
- Willing to work weekends / holidays
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
