Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team in California. Location : California

Compensation : $350,000 annually + benefits

Position Overview

The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and overall health management in both outpatient and continuity-of-care settings.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care to patients across all age groups (pediatrics, adults, geriatrics).

Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

Develop and manage patient treatment plans.

Perform minor procedures as appropriate.

Emphasize preventive care, including patient education and counseling.

Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Active or eligible for California medical license .

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Schedule & Setting

Full-time position.

Outpatient-focused practice with continuity of care.

Shared call rotation (if applicable).
