Job Description

What You'll Do :

As a Grocery Stocker, your responsibilities will include :

• Provide Helpful Service : Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Stock & Display : Be part of the team stocking our aisles. Ensure products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance : Help guests locate products on and off the sales floor, providing product suggestions and alternatives when appropriate.
• Receiving & Inventory Support : Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and collaborate with Grocery associate team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize : Contribute to keeping the department clean, sanitized, tidy, and well-maintained as needed.
• Problem-Solving : Address guest concerns with care and professionalism.
• Meet Goals : Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team : Other duties as assigned.
