Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Engage potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions.

Relationship Management : Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets set by Mark Armstrong State Farm.

Community Involvement : Participate actively in community activities to boost the agency's presence and develop new business leads.

Product Knowledge : Continuously update knowledge on State Farm insurance products to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Licensing : Obtain or hold a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.
• Experience : While prior experience is not mandatory, a keen interest in the insurance sector is essential.
