The Associate Administrator of the community hospital serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role collaborates with physicians, nursing, and departmental leadership to achieve operational excellence in patient care, staffing, resource utilization, and patient throughput. The Associate Administrator leads planning and execution of growth initiatives, including community outreach and physician partnerships. They also coordinate process improvements within their areas and facilitate joint opportunities among departments. Additionally, they act as an Officer of University Health.
Education / Experience
A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or an equivalent field is required. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management within a hospital setting is highly preferred.
