About The Role

Windsor is looking for motivated individuals excited to help shape its future. As a Stormwater Engineer | Project Manager you'll lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and develop lasting client relationships across multiple states.

What You'll Do

• Drive project success as Lead Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing multiple stormwater projects while ensuring quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, developing innovative stormwater management solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced modeling tools.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive stormwater management plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long-term relationships.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Complete site visits as needed.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in stormwater modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD or similar).
