Alera Group is looking for a VP of Finance, National Specialty Practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive analysis across 12+ business units. Develop financial models, identify trends and opportunities, and drive accuracy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
• Partner with business and sales leaders to optimize performance through financial insights, cost controls, producer compensation management, and ROI analysis. Oversee financial aspects of acquisitions, integrations, and compliance with corporate policies
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team, foster collaboration across business units, and create a strategic finance function that supports scalable growth and operational excellence

Salary range is $175K to 225K per year.
