Technical Recruiter – RPO / Embedded Talent Partner

As an Embedded Talent Partner, you'll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, acting as their in-house recruitment expert to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions across both technical and business critical roles.
This is a high-impact role where you'll often be the first dedicated talent presence within a business. You'll need to be proactive, organized, and confident building hiring processes from the ground up, using data to drive decisions, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to multiple stakeholders, owning recruitment across a variety of functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS tools).
- Report clearly on hiring metrics, pipeline data, and overall progress to stakeholders.
- Advise founders and hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategy, and processoptimization.
- Establish scalable hiring infrastructure, from interview frameworks to ATS implementation.
- Champion the employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with fellow SoCode Talent Partners to share insights, tools, and best practices.
