Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote)

We are seeking motivated and bilingual Mortgage Loan Officers (Spanish / English) to join our growing team. This is a remote position with full commission and unlimited earning potential . Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans while providing exceptional client service

Guide borrowers through the loan process with professionalism and integrity

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members

Stay current with industry regulations and lending guidelines

Collaborate with our in-house back office support team to ensure fast answers and smooth transactions

✅ Requirements

Active Mortgage Loan Officer license OR prior experience in loan origination with willingness to obtain licensing upon hire

Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
