What You Will Do : ?

  • Cultivate Future Leaders : Embrace the opportunity to mentor and develop the next generation of foodservice professionals within our retail environment, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment among team members.
  • Master of Organization : Oversee the intricate details of store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, nurturing the growth and success of the store.
  • Customer-Centric Service : Champion a customer-centric approach, instilling a passion for exceptional service in team members and ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations in the dynamic foodservice industry.
  • Inspire Excellence : Coach and empower associates to exceed expectations through ongoing training and development. Foster a positive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best performance.
  • Drive Sales and Service : Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive steps to address any areas of opportunity
  • Continuous Improvement : Lead by example in embracing a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity among team members as we strive to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the foodservice industry.

    • What You Will Need :

  • Culinary Passion : Display a deep passion for food, restaurants, and culinary experiences.?
  • Customer Service Mastery : Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, embodying warmth, enthusiasm, welcoming feedback, and genuine care.?
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions. Remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Physical Stamina : Successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, ready to embrace the physical demands of a dynamic food-centric environment.?
  • Physical Endurance : Stand and walk up to 8 hours a day, with the ability to lift / lower boxes and products up to 50 lbs.?
  • Educational / Experience Background : Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, candidates with at least 3 years of management experience are preferred.
  • Effective Communication : Communicate effectively via telephone and email, maintaining clear and concise communication channels.
