Bakery Key Holder - Mansfield

Availability :  Flexible, including weekends. Must be 18 or older to apply for this role. Hourly Rate :  $13-14 / hour base pay + tips

Your responsibilities will include : Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care.Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided.Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.As a Key Holder at our bakery, you will be entrusted with important responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll serve as a point of contact during your shifts, ensuring the bakery's success and maintaining a positive experience for both customers and fellow team members.Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have : Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.Physical Requirements : You'll need to be physically capable of : Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.Repetitive motion of wrists / arms during baking tasks.Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.Why Join Us : We're a fast-growing team that values internal growth and development.
