Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will advise and consult with owners on their building projects from conception through closeout. The focus will be on managing the budget, schedule, scope, and quality, while effectively leading project meetings and overseeing a diverse project team.

Responsibilities :

• Advise and consult with owners on their overall building projects from conception through closeout, focusing on budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Lead multiple project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on open items.
• Manage a project team comprised of project controls, schedulers, estimators, clerk of the works, and subject matter experts.
• Lead teams in the review of design documents, constructability reviews, and value engineering studies.
• Coordinate and lead designer, contractor, and third-party procurement efforts.
• Maintain master project budgets, develop cash flows, and advise owners on Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
• Review and advise on project change orders and assess the impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budget.
• Communicate project progress with clients, advise on needed project decisions, and assist in overall project strategy.

Work Environment :

The work environment is office-based in an onsite trailer. The position offers a hybrid schedule and involves working for an international firm with a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects. You will be part of a consolidated team of experienced professionals from the Northeast.

This is a Permanent position based out of Glastonbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00 / yr.
