Position Overview :

Cognitive is seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst to support the DoD Defense Health Agency TRICARE Fifth Generation Contract (“T-5”) supporting TriWest Healthcare Alliance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple work streams across the program. Your work will directly inform leadership decision-making, performance tracking, and contract reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage advanced features within Jira and ServiceNow to extract, transform, and manage data for reporting and identification of process improvement initiatives
• Aggregate data and reports from various program teams into a unified reporting structure
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate data reporting
• Identify gaps in data collection or reporting processes and propose solutions
• Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs for program leadership
