About the Role
As a Urologist at the Fresno VA, you ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient and outpatient consultations, surgeries, and treatments. You ll work closely with a skilled team of professionals, leveraging advanced equipment to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, opportunities for teaching and research are available through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Compensation and Incentives
- Starting Salary : $335,000 to $365,000 annually.
- Recruitment Incentives : Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives.
- Performance Bonus : Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.
