A Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM; Saturday, 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the front-line face of the company, interacting directly with patients seeking care for routine health needs or critical diagnostic insights. This role involves collecting quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab processing, all while delivering compassionate and patient-centered service . The PSR I fosters a trusting atmosphere while adhering to strict confidentiality and quality protocols.
