Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
Monitor residents’ health status and communicate changes promptly to the care team.
Support residents’ dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and leadership to ensure top-quality care.
Current LPN license in the state.
Genuine passion for working with seniors.
Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Reliable and professional with a caring attitude.
Experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living preferred but not required.
