This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment and are available to work flexible schedules while providing coverage across multiple medical practices within our network. As a Variable Staffing Pool team member, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of specialties and clinic locations, ensuring seamless patient care while gaining valuable experience in different healthcare settings. This position requires reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to travel to various Holland Hospital Medical Group locations as needed.

Pay Range : $20 - $23.21 / hour

Employment Type : Limited Hours, based on the need

Schedule : Varies, based on the needs of our physician offices

Requirements : High School Diploma / GED required, Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration or LPN required, BLS for the Healthcare Provider 60 days after hire required
