Job Requirements

Education Requirements :

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program or equivalent

    • Certifications Requirements :

  • Current state license for Texas (TX), or eligibility to obtain
  • NBCOT certification

    • Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in SNF and Rehab settings preferred

    • Other Requirements :

  • Must have OT experience working in a skilled nursing facility in Texas
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to adapt to facility protocols and team environments
  • Background check and compliance clearance as per facility requirements
