Location : 340 Grassmere Rd, Fairfield, CT
Work Schedule : M-F, very light, shared call
Scheduled Hours : 40, 36 clinical / 4 admin, 4-day work week available

- Busy, collegial practice of 4 physicians and 1 APRN, 1 : 1 provider to support staff model
- Seeking additional provider due to growth / demand
- New or recent grads encouraged to apply

- Excellent work / life balance, 36 patient hours / week, 4 admin hours, four-day work week available
- 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group
- EMR : EPIC, AI scribe service imbedded
- Academic / Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine
- Charming village, minutes to the ocean / beaches, accessibility to New Haven metro area
- 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w / stipend
- Base Salary $290K+ , two-year guarantee, generous sign-on bonus , wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, up to $80K in student loan reimbursement
