Express Lube and Quality Control Experience Required

Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking an experienced Express Lube Supervisor for our busy, growing Express Lane. This position does not require manual work, you will be dispatching, training, and scheduling.

    • Responsibilities Express Lube Supervisor :

  • Supervise Lube Techs
  • Oversee dispatching, scheduling and organize training
  • Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as needed

    • Qualifications / Requirements Express Lube Supervisor :

  • Express Lube experience is required
  • Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, hardworking, and possess general mechanical aptitude
  • Must have strong time management skills and pay close attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable, takes initiative.
  • Ability to complete all tasks assigned properly with little to no follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and / or smart phone skills.
  • Valid drivers license and insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
