We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project and Program Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. This long-term contract position involves overseeing program objectives, managing resources effectively, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will play a key role in driving impactful results while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet specific program goals and objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and support personnel to align resources and resolve challenges.
  • Analyze complex problems and apply domain expertise to identify effective solutions.
  • Provide clear communication across multiple teams, including project managers and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational practices.
  • Lead efforts to optimize procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support talent management initiatives by mentoring team members and assisting with skill development.
  • Interface with international teams and manage tasks requiring global collaboration.
  • Conduct quality assurance to maintain high standards in program execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage resources for complex projects.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and standards, including budget management and compliance.
  • Experience in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Analytical skills to solve vague or moderately complex problems using domain knowledge.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and quality assurance processes.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required for project needs.
