Program Coordinator Outreach International Care Navigations

The Program Coordinator Outreach International Care Navigations will :

  • Develop outreach programs and services in Arizona and outside the state for people with neurological disabilities, through collaboration with partners in the community- including wellness, education, and other services.
  • Coordinate BNI events working with internal staff and external organizations.
  • Secure sponsorship support from local and national organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between various vendor sponsors, patients, families / caregivers, hospital staff and physicians relating to outreach program development and execution.
  • Provide education to the public with respect to availability of resources.
  • Develop outreach program policies and procedures and train program coordinators at affiliated sites.
  • In collaboration with community providers, develop interventions and programs for people with neurological disabilities to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or 5 years related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong level of experience with technology and applications within the Google suite of products.
  • Strong communication skills.
