- Assist with all aspects of project management through completion
- Support team by handling all coordination, accounts payable and administrative duties
- Manage subcontractor billing and processing
- Handle subcontractor document control such as W-9s, insurance and lien notices
- Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Process invoices and reconcile lien notices
- Prepare budgeting and cost reports.
- Handle and communicate with management regarding insurance, payment applications, invoices and draws.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of construction experienceExceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast paced environmentProficient in MS Office - Timberline and ProCore experience preferredExperience performing accounting functions
