Here, every team member matters.\n\nA Brief Overview : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care that promotes the health and well-being of residents. Your role will involve creating nursing diagnoses, setting care objectives, and providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and their families.\n\nWhat You Will Do : \n
- Deliver resident care by interpreting physician prescriptions and communicating nursing care plans effectively.\n
- Develop individualized nursing care plans based on detailed assessments and medical histories.\n
- Educate residents and families about health care needs, conditions, and medications, ensuring clear understanding.\n
- Evaluate and adjust care plans based on ongoing assessment of residents' conditions and health outcomes.\n
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety regulations.\n
- Maintain resident care equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is ready for operational use.\n
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions for residents.\n
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other nursing staff to promote effective workflow.\n
- Continuously enhance nursing skills and competencies as outlined by leadership.\n\nEssential Qualifications : \n\nMust be able to work specified hours and perform essential job functions effectively. This includes having adequate visual acuity and communication skills.\n\nRequired Education and Experience : \n
- Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hiring.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.\n\nExpectations and Standards : \n
