Customer Operations Manager – Service Delivery

The Opportunity :

MarketSpark is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join an exciting, hypergrowth startup that is disrupting the traditional telecom world in the $20B POTS Replacement Space. MarketSpark's B2B managed services platform helps Fortune 1000 Enterprises modernize their telecommunications infrastructure and accelerate IoT deployments that drive business results. With a leading position in this segment, MarketSpark is poised to secure dominant market share.

The Role :

  • Lead and coordinate enterprise customer projects from contract to installation, ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery, including project planning, scheduling installations, hosting status updates, and overseeing order management.
  • Serve as the central operations contact between sales, field installers, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build scalable workflows, processes, and reporting systems to optimize customer delivery and ongoing service.
  • Develop strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are understood and met.
  • Track KPIs, service timelines, and escalations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Key Skillsets :

  • Strong background in operations, project management, or service delivery.
  • Proven ability to coordinate large-scale customer rollouts across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data extraction, reporting, trend analysis).
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with a solutions-oriented, customer-first approach.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Requirements :

  • 3–5+ years of operations, project management, or service delivery experience.
  • Experience coordinating technical or telecom-related implementations strongly preferred.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts related to telco and B2B SaaS / managed services.
